  • Menstrual cups collect rather than absorb, and are made from medical-grade silicone.

    Toxic shock syndrome is lower for menstrual cups than any disposable absorbent products, like tampons and pads. Added bonus: they don’t rely on fibres or added ingredients no chemical residues or heavy metals.

  • One cup can last 5 to 10 years, which means far less repeat spend than pads or tampons.

    By comparison, period products cost around £130 a year on average in the UK, adding up to roughly £4,940 over a lifetime. And that’s us being conservative.

  • Reusable period products create far less waste than single-use options.

    In the UK, menstrual product disposal generates 28,114 tonnes of waste per year, and switching from tampons to menstrual cups can cut carbon impact dramatically.
